Members see their plan, renew, book classes and trainers, and order from your shop. There is an Android app, and a web app that installs on any phone.

Only active members use a seat: frozen, inactive and removed members are free. You pay for the seats you choose, billed monthly from the day you join. No payment-gateway fees on UPI.
Questions gym owners ask
Do my members have to install an app?
No. Members can use the web app in any phone browser and add it to their home screen. There is also an Android app if they prefer it.
How do members pay?
In cash or UPI at the desk, or by UPI straight to your own account from the app. There is no payment gateway in between, so no gateway fees and no waiting for a payout.
Who confirms a UPI payment?
Your front desk checks it against your bank or UPI app and marks it verified. Nothing counts as paid just because a member says they paid.
Can my trainers and front-desk team use it?
Yes. Your team gets their own sign-ins. Trainers can be assigned to members and offered for personal-training bookings.
What is a seat?
A seat is one active member. Only active members count: frozen, inactive and removed members do not. Your own team never uses a seat, so owners, managers, front-desk staff and trainers can sign in without any limit.
What happens if we reach our seat limit?
Your members keep signing in as normal. You just cannot add another active member until you add seats, and we are told so we can help. Ask us any time to raise your limit.
